REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on waist trainers or digital products, so please be sure to read the product description before you make your purchase. We offer store credit for all other purchases. You will have 30 days from the date of your order being shipped to request an exchange or a return for store credit. All exchanges will be charged for “return” shipping costs. If you have any questions feel free to email us at rachael@iamcurvythickfit.com. We usually respond within 24-48 hours.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Your order will be shipped via UPS.
We will provide a tracking number. Once your package has left our facility Curvy. Thick Fit. is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, or shipping delays. Once you receive your tracking number please contact UPS for any shipping issues.
Most packages are sent out within 3 business days after processing your order, but please allow 7-10 business days for your package to ship.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
Standard shipping and handling is $9.99. Express shipping and handling is $19.99. Shipping and handling costs may also be determined by your package size, weight, and destination.
