Minding My Fitness'“

I’m a regular plus-size chick with BIG ambitions on a mission to transform my body. My goal is to consistently exercise and adopt better eating habits for an overall lifestyle change. I don’t want to simply get smaller on my weight loss journey. I want to have a banging transformation where my body is curvy, thick, and fit in all the right places. So that means I’m gona go hard to slay my fupa + snatch my waist + build my curves — by any means necessary. That’s where #mindingmyfitness comes to play, because I know that in order for me to see my weight loss transformation come to life, I gotta go hard and truly focus on my fitness.

I created Curvy. Thick. Fit. for plus-size, overweight, obese, and thick girls who are shaped like me or may just have a fluffy lower belly (fupa), wide waist, square or flat butt (don’t necessarily have a “curvy” body) but would like to transform their body (through exercise + healthy eating) to have a curvy shape.  I got tired of seeing and hearing unrealistic advice on how to eliminate belly fat + get a snatched waist (whatwaist) + build a bigger butt. I thought about getting lipo and fat transfer, but honestly I can’t afford it and I’d rather exercise for my body + health. I decided to find out on my own exactly how to make my body goals come to life. So now, I share my own personal experiences from my own weight loss journey with you to show how everyday chicks like us can snatch our body goals.  Lemme make it clear tho — you can learn from the experiences that I share but please know that I am not a fitness/health professional; I do what works for me, and, what works for me may not work for you. You should consult with your doctor before you begin any dietary or physical fitness regimen.
