What is Waist Training?!?

Don’t listen to what ppl say — All girls DO have body goals, and it’s perfectly fine if part of your body goals is to be a baddie with a snatched curvy waist.

My body goals — shrink my belly, snatch my waist, arch my back, grow thicker thighs, & round my booty.  I don’t wanna look like everyone else tho.  I wanna look like me with my natural curves.

So, as part of my fitness plan I do waist training by using my Curvy Belt together with doing specific exercises to tone + tighten.  I wear my Curvy Belt regularly whether its around the house when I’m doing my chores, running errands, or, when I’m working on my fitness.

Waist training, which is the act of training your waist to have a more toned, slimmer, and curvy silhouette (esply in contrast to your hips), has been around since forever.  It’s key to achieving your snatched-waist-curvy-body goals or for overall body symmetry — you know, a good waist-to-hip ratio.  It’s not a quick fix or a magic pill tho.  You will need to make sure that you workout regularly and eat for your body goals. Waist training is only part of the process of achieving your curvy body goals.

I use my Curvy Belt when I’m training my waist. The Curvy Belt is a compression garment that is worn under, or over, your clothes to help you keep your abs and waist engaged while you’re exercising, and, it also concentrates heat in the waist area so that you can sweat more in that area.  It can also be worn throughout the day when you’re not exercising.  It is a waist training sweat belt — it’s a tool that you use to help you train your waist.  It helps by compressing the front, sides, and back areas of your waist, while keeping your back erect, and your abs tucked in.

I add mine to my workouts esply when I do exercises that FOCUS on TRAINING my waist. A few of my fave waist training exercises: Russian Twists, Hip Taps, Waist Circles.

I love my Curvy Belt, it helps me to keep my abs contracted.  No matter where I’m at or what I’m doing, when I’m wearing my Curvy Belt it reminds me to engage my waist as well as my abdominal muscles.  I think for most girls like myself, who have a lot of belly fat, we’re not used to using our abs much so the muscles there are much weaker.  We need to get used to using those muscles and keeping them engaged.  I personally believe that working those muscles will help keep them toned and tight for better posture and an overall more natural-looking curvy silhouette.
